Individual Training
Our individual training sessions are perfect for players who want to take their game to the next level. We will work with you one-on-one to analyse your specific needs and goals, addressing your strengths and weaknesses, improving knowledge, mental strength and overall fitness. You will enhance your ball mastery skills and overall movement through strength and conditioning and endurance based exercises, to help you become stronger and smarter in both attack and defence.
Small Group Training (Semi-private)
Our small group training sessions are designed for players of different age groups and skill levels. Our coaches will take you through game-specific drills that will enhance your technical, physical and mental skills and develop your understanding of the game.
Game Footage Analysis
Send us your game or training footage, and we will provide you with detailed feedback. We’ll analyse your technique, decision-making, game understanding and more, to improve your overall skill set and make you a better player.
